I graduated at the University of Milan in 1982 with a degree in corporate law, a specialty that has accompanied me throughout my career.
I began working as a civil lawyer in the Milan courts in 1988 and, since 1990, I have collaborated with the bankruptcy division of the Court of Milan as a lawyer, as curator of bankruptcies and as the designated judicial commissioner.
I have been working as a bankruptcy expert for the Prosecutor’s Office in Milan since 2002 and I am, as of 2006, the delegate in judicial sales in real estate transactions.
I have been enrolled in the Bar Association with the Special Court of Cassation and the Higher Courts since 2008.
I graduated in law at the Luigi Bocconi University in 2006 (masters degree), with my thesis on Bankruptcy Law.
I have been attorney at the Court of Appeal of Milan since 2012
I have been collaborating with the Studio Benvenuto for five years
I specifically deal in competition matters: both in the management of the procedure, i.e. assisting Mr Benvenuto in his post of commissioner or curator, and in the restructuring of companies in crisis.
I graduated in law at the University of Milan in 2012, with a thesis on ‘The avoiding powers of the trustee in US bankruptcy law.’
I achieved a Grade 9 in the Graded Examinations in spoken English, Trinity College, London in 2004.
